Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic skincare and aesthetic treatment team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through advanced aesthetic treatments, combined with a commitment to exceptional customer service. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will deliver personalized skincare solutions, perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, and educate clients on skin health and product use. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a professional environment focused on innovation, client satisfaction, and professional growth. Duties Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies with precision and care. Conduct skin analysis and recommend customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Provide spa services as directed Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote skin health. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety. Demonstrate product demos and promote retail sales of skincare products effectively to clients. Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering positive client communication and building lasting relationships. Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, industry trends, and technological advancements to continually improve service offerings. Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments. Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and safety standards within an aesthetic practice. Excellent communication skills for effective client consultation and education. Sales skills for retail product demos and promoting aesthetic products confidently. Experience in cosmetology, medical assistant or related certification is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to provide professional client communication while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
