Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a qualified Lead Esthetician to join its established health and wellness studio in South Portland, Maine. The Lead Esthetician works with clients on achieving their skin health goals and introduces them to Restore's innovative wellness modalities. A passion for helping people look and feel their best is essential! The Lead Esthetician also works closely with studio management to fulfil compliance requirements and train/lead the estheticians on staff. Hourly rate plus commission opportunity.

Responsibilities Team Lead :

Attend monthly Esthetician calls and report news, updates, and protocol changes back to studio management and estheticians on staff. Ensure all estheticians are trained on all new protocols and products. Ensure treatment rooms are properly equipped with supplies and fulfill all requirements including but not limited to MSDS, necessary files, paperwork, manuals, and products. Ensure all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained. Work with the management team on esthetic staff evaluations and disciplinary action. Performing consultations and administering Cryoskin along with other esthetic services.

Store/Studio Operations :

Maintain accurate records of each session Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments Sell Restore's esthetic services to existing and new clients, including cross-selling other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services. Maintain an inventory and order esthetic supplies when needed Educate clients on Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their experience. Assist with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.

Key Qualifications:

Licensed Esthetician Experienced or certified in the use of Cryoskin equipment (preferred, not required) Experienced or certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment (preferred, not required) Excellent customer service skills verbal/written communication skills Tech-savvy; able to learn complex equipment and systems to train others.
