As an Independent Contractor you will provide a range of skincare and aesthetic treatments to clients, incorporating our equipment, supplies and established menu. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently while delivering exceptional service in a professional environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, experienced in various aesthetic services, and skilled in building client relationships. Duties Perform skincare treatments including facials tailored to individual client needs Deliver aesthetic services such as waxing, spa treatments, and other beautification procedures Conduct consultations to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients during all services Promote and educate clients on skincare products and aftercare routines Manage appointment scheduling and client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention Engage in sales activities related to skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client experience and business growth Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to provide the highest quality service We provide- 1-2 aesthetic rooms to use, equipment, supplies (including all supplies needed for dermaplane and ElleeBanan lash lift services, peels and other aesthetic treatments) Experience Valid state licensure as a Licensed Aesthetician is required Proven experience in performing facials, spa services, waxing, and other aesthetic treatments Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and latest industry practices Independant appointment scheduling if available, client payments are made in house but tips can be Venmo Previous experience working as an independent contractor or in a similar flexible work environment is preferred Join us as a Licensed Aesthetician Independent Contractor to make a positive impact on clients' confidence while enjoying the autonomy of working independently within a supportive team environment.
