Farrah Esthetics is officially expanding and relocating to a new storefront in January 2027! Our new space will include multiple treatment rooms and devices, and we're looking for experienced, motivated licensed estheticians who are excited to grow with our team. We're hiring for both part-time and full-time positions. We're a busy, fully booked medspa with an established client base. This role is for someone who enjoys a fast-paced schedule, takes pride in their work, and is ready to stay productive throughout the day. About Farrah Esthetics We offer laser hair removal and advanced skincare treatments, including: Splendor X laser hair removal Customized facials Microneedling BioRePeel Dermaplaning Chemical peels and other skincare treatments We stand for high-quality care, professionalism, consistency, client comfort, and helping clients feel confident in their skin. Responsibilities Perform facials and other skincare treatments based on training and scope of practice Consult with clients and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care routines Perform laser hair removal safely and professionally Explain treatment plans and pre- and post-care Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and prepare devices and supplies Document services and client notes accurately Provide a welcoming, respectful experience for every client Work collaboratively with the team and keep up with a busy schedule Qualifications Current Michigan esthetician license Prior professional esthetics experience required Good knowledge of facials, skin types, and common skin concerns Basic understanding of laser hair removal and laser safety Splendor X experience is a plus, but not required—we provide Splendor X training Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent client-care skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully booked environment Willingness to learn our protocols and work as part of a team Important Position Details This is an employee position serving Farrah Esthetics clients. We're looking for someone who wants to contribute to and grow with our team—not someone seeking to build a separate business or bring in their own clientele. This role requires esthetics and medspa services to be performed through Farrah Esthetics. Applicants currently working at another medspa or operating an at-home esthetics business aren't a fit for this position. A social media presence is not required. If you have a professional esthetics account or promote your work online, it must represent and align with the Farrah Esthetics brand. The position is expected to begin in January 2027, when we move into our new storefront.

Pay:

$20.00 - $45.00 per hour
