Duties Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cover esthetic theory, practical techniques, and industry standards, ensuring alignment with accreditation requirements Deliver engaging classroom lectures and practical demonstrations on skincare, facials, makeup application, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and other aesthetic treatments Supervise students during hands-on training sessions to ensure safety, proper technique, and adherence to hygiene protocols Mentor students by providing constructive feedback, guidance on skill development, and career advice to foster professional growth Stay current with industry trends and advances in esthetic technology to incorporate innovative methods into teaching modules Evaluate student progress through assessments, practical exams, and performance reviews to ensure competency before certification Collaborate with administrative staff to coordinate class schedules, curriculum updates, and student evaluations Requirements Valid Esthetics license with proven experience in skincare, facial treatments, makeup artistry, eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, laser treatments, hair styling, hair coloring, hair extensions, threading, nail care, and other aesthetic procedures Demonstrated expertise in massage therapy including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to skincare and body treatments Prior classroom or training experience in adult education or cosmetology settings is highly preferred Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor students effectively Proven ability to develop lesson plans that are engaging and educationally sound Experience working within the beauty industry across various disciplines such as barbering, aesthetics, cosmetology, or related fields Passion for teaching and fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student success Join us as a Licensed Esthetics Educator where your expertise will ignite passion in aspiring beauty professionals! Pay:
