Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing services with precision and care Conduct laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other esthetic laser treatments following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines Provide expert skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and product regimens tailored to each client's needs Deliver spa services such as deep tissue massage, makeup application, nail care, and product demos to enhance client satisfaction Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations Engage with clients through effective communication, ensuring they are comfortable, informed, and satisfied throughout their visit Promote retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and aesthetic treatments to support their ongoing skincare routines Skills Proven experience in skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing Certified in esthetic laser treatment with a thorough understanding of safety procedures and device operation Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients Knowledge of spa services such as deep tissue massage, makeup application, nail care, and product demonstrations Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a genuine focus on client needs Effective communication skills to explain treatment options clearly and build rapport with clients Embark on a rewarding career where your aesthetic expertise makes a real difference!
