Licensed Esthetician — Skincare & Facial Focus Lux Med Spa is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team! Skincare and facials are a major focus of this position. We are looking for someone who genuinely LOVES skin, someone who gets excited about learning ingredients, creating customized treatment plans, educating clients, recommending home care, and helping clients achieve real results. Building a successful book takes time, consistency, and effort. We want someone who is excited to connect with clients, rebook them, promote themselves, participate in spa events and specials, and actively work toward growing their career. Schedule & Availability This position will initially consist primarily of evenings and weekends , with the opportunity for additional hours as clientele and demand continue to grow. We are looking for someone who understands that building a successful book takes time, consistency, and dedication. The ideal candidate will be flexible, motivated, and excited to put in the effort to grow their clientele. Our goal is to grow this position into a more established schedule as business increases , and we want someone who is eager to grow alongside us!

Customized facials & skincare treatments Dermaplaning Lash lifts & tints Brow laminations Brow waxing & tinting Additional esthetic services based on training and experience While experience with lashes and brows is a plus, our biggest priority is finding someone with a true passion for skincare and facials. Must hold a current Missouri Esthetician License.
