Duties Provide a wide range of skincare and wellness treatments, primarily facials, to meet individual client needs. Maintain thorough sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Utilize salon management software to schedule appointments, update client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations to promote ongoing skin health and satisfaction. Assist with retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance client results and support business growth. Experience Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations. Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, or laser therapy. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a lively environment. Knowledge of salon software systems for appointment management. Experience in retail sales of skincare or beauty products is advantageous. Ability to uphold strict sanitation standards while delivering high-quality treatments in a fast-paced setting.
