Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning with precision and care. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales through engaging product demos and personalized consultations. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment in compliance with health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about treatment options, expectations, and aftercare instructions. Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products that complement treatments, enhancing client results while supporting business growth. Stay current with industry trends and new treatment techniques to continually elevate the quality of services offered. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in esthetic laser treatment preferred. Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels. Strong knowledge of spa services, esthetic treatments, and the latest advancements in skincare technology. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and understand their aesthetic goals. Demonstrated ability to perform esthetic procedures safely while maintaining high standards of sanitation. Experience in retail sales, product demos, and client communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
