Duties Perform a wide range of skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care. Conduct body waxing services such as waxing for eyebrows, legs, arms, and other areas to meet client needs. Provide professional makeup application consultations and demonstrations to enhance clients' natural features. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to support their ongoing skin health. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations. Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their concerns and tailor treatments accordingly. Promote retail sales by demonstrating products during consultations and offering personalized recommendations to boost client satisfaction. Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser procedures. Proven experience in providing spa services such as waxing, body waxing, and makeup application. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients. Ability to perform aesthetic treatments safely while adhering to sanitation protocols. Excellent sales skills with a focus on retail product demos and client education to enhance treatment results. Effective communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration.
