This role involves assessing needs, delivering tailored services, and contributing to overall wellness in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough Client assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans. Provide various techniques to the Aesthetician trade. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Educate client on the benefits of facial therapy and self-care practices. Document plans, client progress, and any relevant medical history accurately. Uphold high standards of client service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Requirements Valid state licensure or certification as a Aesthetician. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Customer service Previous experience in a spa setting is a plus. Excellent client service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
