About the Practice Chester Skin & Wellness is an established medical spa serving Chester and the surrounding Morris County community for more than six years. With a strong, loyal patient base and longstanding patient relationships, we have built our reputation on personalized care, natural-looking results, and a welcoming patient experience. Our services include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRF and EZ Gel treatments, hair restoration, microneedling, Clear + Brilliant laser treatments, laser hair removal, and other skin rejuvenation services. We also have an experienced esthetician that specializes in facials and skincare treatments. We take a comprehensive approach to aesthetics, helping patients build treatment plans that address their goals over time. Position Overview We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), or Physician Associates (PAs) to join our team as Aesthetic Injectors. Full-time and part-time positions are available, and we are open to hiring multiple providers with complementary schedules. This is an opportunity to join a mature practice with an existing patient base, established operations, and room for continued growth. You will play an important role in caring for returning patients, welcoming new patients, and building lasting relationships within the Chester community. The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers, strong clinical judgment, and a warm, approachable bedside manner. We are looking for someone who can lead a thoughtful consultation, explain recommendations clearly, and help patients feel confident in their treatment decisions without making the experience feel overly sales-focused. Experience with PRF, EZ Gel, hair restoration, and skin rejuvenation is a plus, but experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and the ability to earn patient trust are our priorities. Key Responsibilities Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments with an emphasis on patient safety, facial balance, and natural-looking results. Conduct thorough consultations, review medical histories, assess treatment suitability, and develop personalized treatment plans. Build relationships with new and returning patients through attentive care, clear communication, and consistent follow-up. Perform additional aesthetic treatments, such as PRF, EZ Gel, and hair restoration, based on training, qualifications, and scope of practice. Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, pre- and post-treatment care, and appropriate skincare recommendations. Recognize and appropriately manage treatment complications in coordination with medical leadership and practice protocols. Maintain thorough, timely medical records and treatment photography. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver a smooth, welcoming patient experience. Stay current on aesthetic techniques, products, and patient safety practices. Qualifications Active, unrestricted New Jersey RN, NP, or PA license. Minimum two years of hands-on aesthetic injectable experience, including both neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment, injection techniques, and complication management. Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional bedside manner. Commitment to ethical treatment recommendations and natural-looking outcomes. Reliability, attention to detail, and comfort working within a collaborative clinical team. Availability for a consistent full-time or part-time weekly schedule. Preferred, Not Required Experience with PRF, EZ Gel, or other regenerative aesthetic treatments. Experience with injectable hair restoration. Familiarity with microneedling, laser treatments, and comprehensive skin rejuvenation plans. Experience using Zenoti or a similar electronic medical record platform. Comfort participating in patient education, social media content, and before-and-after photography with appropriate consent.
