The Fountain Spa offers a variety of services including facials, massages and body treatments, along with a full menu of salon services. We are seeking part-time, Holiday help needed for gift certificate sales from November 27th- January 1st. Position Duties and Responsibilities Exceed guests' expectation by actively listening to their needs in order to provide amazing service in a timely manner at the point of sale. Maintains a clean work area area Informs each guest of current offers, programs and services Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all basic spa related questions with guests Assist in all areas of the spa as and when necessary. To be adaptable and accountable for all actions. To aim to give the guests the best possible service, and make each guest feel important. To show a professional attitude at all times, particularly with regard to punctuality, appearance and general manner. To assist in the smooth flow of the guest's Gift Card experience. Must be a team player and assist all spa colleagues where necessary.
