Our established salon and spa in Middlesex, NJ, is dedicated to exceptional service, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a motivated Licensed Skincare Specialist (Esthetician) to join our growing team. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care. Provide spa services such as body waxing, facial waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to meet client needs. Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and recommended treatments to promote long-term skin health. Conduct product demonstrations and retail sales to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatments and workspaces to ensure client safety. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and provide personalized recommendations. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare technology and aesthetic treatments to deliver innovative services. Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare techniques including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser treatments. Proficiency in providing spa services such as waxing (body waxing), eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and address their concerns professionally. Excellent communication skills for client consultations and product recommendations. Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to maintain a safe treatment environment. Experience in retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic treatment packages. Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 - 32.0 per week
