In this role, you will provide a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including skincare, waxing, lash extensions, and advanced cosmetic procedures such as permanent makeup and microblading. Your expertise will help clients achieve their desired look while ensuring the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and customer service. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and skin treatments using advanced techniques. Apply permanent makeup procedures such as lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, and microblading with precision and artistry. Conduct tattooing and tattoo safety regulations to ensure safe and effective results for clients seeking cosmetic tattoos or micropigmentation. Maintain thorough medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems while adhering to confidentiality standards. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments to enhance their overall experience. Follow strict sanitation protocols and infection control procedures to ensure client safety during all procedures. Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics, including eyelid tattooing, laser treatments, and other innovative techniques to provide cutting-edge services. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or esthetician license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority. Proven experience in performing lip blush, tattooing, permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, and other aesthetic treatments. Knowledge of color theory and anatomy relevant to facial aesthetics and cosmetic procedures. Familiarity with tattoo and piercing safety regulations as well as sanitation standards for medical-grade procedures. Strong client communication skills with the ability to understand individual needs and deliver personalized recommendations. Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for client records management. Knowledge of infection control practices and esthetic laser treatments is preferred but not required. Enthusiasm for continuous learning in areas such as microblading, dermabrasion, hair threading, body waxing, makeup application, and sales techniques to promote services effectively.
