Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser treatments with precision and professionalism. Apply advanced cosmetic procedures such as lip blush, tattooing, permanent makeup, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and makeup application to enhance client features. Ensure all procedures adhere strictly to tattooing and piercing safety regulations, infection control standards, and sanitation protocols to guarantee client safety. Provide personalized consultations to assess skin types, discuss aesthetic goals, and recommend suitable treatments or products. Maintain accurate medical records and client information using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while respecting client confidentiality. Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and product recommendations to optimize results. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sterilization, and safety throughout all treatments in compliance with health regulations. Requirements Valid license as a Certified or Licensed Esthetician with proven experience in aesthetic treatments. Proficiency in lip blush, tattooing, permanent makeup, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and other cosmetic tattooing techniques. Knowledge of skin anatomy, color theory, infection control practices, and sanitation procedures essential for safe practice. Experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and medical records management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Familiarity with EMR systems for scheduling and record keeping is preferred. Ability to stay current with industry trends in aesthetic treatments and certifications in esthetic laser treatment or related fields is a plus.
