We are currently seeking experienced, licensed Estheticians who are passionate about skincare, client education, and delivering results-driven treatments. We are looking for professionals with at least one year of hands-on experience in a spa or med spa environment who are confident performing customized facial services, building client relationships, and recommending treatment plans and home care products. Position Responsibilities Perform professional skin consultations and customize facial treatments based on each client's skincare goals. Educate clients on treatment recommendations and develop long-term skincare plans. Recommend appropriate retail products and ongoing facial services to help clients achieve optimal results. Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and relaxing spa experience. Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes. Adhere to all state licensing requirements and company policies. Maintain professional liability insurance. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room at all times. Stay current on skincare trends, products, and treatment techniques through ongoing education. Work collaboratively with the spa team to create a positive, supportive work environment. Qualifications Current New Jersey Esthetician License. Minimum one (1) year of experience in a spa or medical spa setting required. Strong consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Passion for skincare, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals. Sales-minded with the ability to recommend retail products and treatment plans confidently and ethically. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
