Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, Provide expert consultations on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments to educate clients and promote ongoing wellness. Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to safety protocols during all treatments to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff. Engage with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and satisfied with their experience. Promote retail sales of skincare products by educating clients on benefits and usage to enhance their results and overall satisfaction. Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry as an Esthetician Expertise in advanced aesthetic treatments like chemical peels, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures. Strong understanding of sanitation procedures, safety standards, and infection control practices within a salon or spa environment. Excellent communication skills for client consultation, education, and building lasting relationships. Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
