Full-Time or Part-Time About Us We are an upcoming medical spa offering advanced skincare, facial treatments, skin rejuvenation, and aesthetic beauty services. We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Licensed Esthetician who enjoys helping clients achieve healthier-looking skin through personalized skincare services. Responsibilities Perform facial treatments, skincare services, and other procedures relating to medical devices (lasers & micro-needling) Conduct skincare consultations and assess clients' cosmetic skincare needs within the scope of practice. Recommend appropriate skincare products and home-care routines. Explain treatment preparation, aftercare, and maintenance instructions within the employee's scope. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room. Follow established hygiene, infection-control, and client safety protocols. Maintain accurate service records and communicate relevant client concerns to the appropriate medical provider. Support client retention through professional service, follow-ups, and treatment recommendations. Assist with skincare promotions and retail product sales. Collaborate with the team to provide a consistent, high-quality client experience. Qualifications Current New York State Esthetics License required for services that require it. Experience in facials, skincare consultations, and professional skincare products preferred. Experience with aesthetic equipment is a plus, subject to appropriate training and legal scope of practice. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for beauty and skincare. Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency is a plus. How to
