Responsibilities Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and laser treatments in your designated studio space Perform body waxing and waxing services with precision and care to ensure client satisfaction Deliver spa services such as makeup application and other aesthetic treatments that enhance clients' natural beauty Maintain impeccable sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations and industry best practices Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate skincare products or retail items Manage your appointment schedule efficiently to maximize client flow and studio utilization Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and retail sales to support ongoing client relationships Requirements Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist with certification in skincare treatments Proven experience in skincare, facials, waxing services, and body waxing techniques Knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Excellent sales skills for retail product recommendations and upselling additional services Passion for aesthetics, beauty trends, and helping clients achieve their skincare goals This role is ideal for motivated estheticians eager to operate independently within a supportive studio environment.
