The Spa & Salon at East Wind is seeking an experienced, New York State licensed esthetician who loves helping guests feel confident, cared for, and excited about their skin. Your role will include:

Providing personalized consultations, facials, and skincare services within your license and training. Recommending home-care routines, retail products, enhancements, and future appointments that support each guest's goals. Maintaining accurate treatment records and keeping rooms clean, sanitized, stocked, and guest-ready. Between appointments, you'll help build your success—and the team's—by: Creating skincare tips, treatment highlights, and approved social media content to introduce guests to your expertise. Supporting front-desk coordination, including welcoming and checking in guests, answering questions, assisting with scheduling, and encouraging rebooking. Assisting fellow estheticians with room preparation, supplies, and smooth appointment transitions. Participating in product education, hands-on training, team meetings, and spa promotions. Helping with inventory, retail displays, guest follow-up, and other daily spa needs. We'd love to meet you if you bring: A current New York State esthetics license and professional treatment experience. A warm, polished approach to guest care and strong communication skills. Confidence recommending services and products through thoughtful education. A team-minded attitude, initiative, and a desire to keep learning and growing. Evening and weekend shifts are mandatory.
