We focus on results driven skincare, real education, and a calm, personal experience for every client. The Role We're looking for a licensed esthetician to join our team and grow with the studio. You'll perform customized facials, guide clients on their skin, and build lasting relationships that keep them coming back. What You'll Do In the Treatment Room Perform customized facials using holistic and advanced techniques Assess each client's skin and build a treatment plan with them Educate clients on home care, ingredients, and product recommendations Prepare and reset your treatment room before and after every client Follow strict cleanliness and sanitation standards Retail Recommend products that support each client's treatment results Help with inventory and restocking Keep the boutique and displays clean and well merchandised Growing Your Book Rebook clients and recommend a treatment plan at checkout Build lasting relationships with your clients Post your availability and before and afters on Instagram Take part in events, pop ups, and studio promotions What We're Looking For Valid NYS Esthetician License (required) Spa, studio, or wellness experience over 2 years Confidence talking about skin and recommending products Comfort with booking software and POS systems Strong organization and the ability to switch between treatments and front desk Interest in holistic and clean skincare, or a real willingness to learn A calm, warm presence and a team first attitude Bonus Points An existing client following Experience with lymphatic, sculpting, or advanced facial techniques Email marketing or retail merchandising experience Schedule Studio hours: Tuesday 12pm to 8pm, Wednesday to Saturday 10am to 6pm Saturday availability required [Part time / full time, hours per week] Pay and Perks [Hourly ranges] plus commission on services and retail Ongoing education and hands on training in DaeGlo techniques Complimentary/discounted services and product discounts Room to grow your book within a growing studio To Apply Send your resume, license info, and a few sentences about your approach to skincare to contact@daeglostudio.com.
