Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials to meet clients' beauty goals. Conduct professional eyebrow threading, waxing, body waxing, and hair removal procedures with precision and care. Apply makeup for special occasions or daily wear, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident. Manage client consultations to assess skin types, recommend appropriate treatments, and educate clients on skincare routines and product usage. Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations across all treatments. Engage in retail product demos and upselling to promote skincare lines, cosmetics, and beauty tools effectively. Manage front desk responsibilities including guest services, appointment bookings, and handling inquiries via social media management platforms. Stay updated on the latest industry trends in esthetic laser treatments, tattooing (if applicable), and advanced aesthetic procedures to provide innovative services. Skills Extensive experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in cosmetology practices. Strong management skills to coordinate appointments and oversee daily salon operations smoothly. Skilled in hair threading techniques for precise eyebrow shaping along with other hair removal methods like waxing and sugaring. Capable of performing eyelash extensions and makeup application Familiarity with retail sales strategies to upsell products confidently while delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients about treatment options and aftercare instructions. Sanitation knowledge ensuring all tools and treatment areas meet health standards consistently. Experience with body waxing, tattooing (if certified), or other aesthetic treatments is a plus. We need someone who can work part time or full time and can work on closing shifts.
