Job Overview iCRYO Canton is seeking a motivated, personable, and wellness-focused T-Shape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients achieve their body contouring and wellness goals while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves performing T-Shape body contouring and facial treatments, educating clients on treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and creating an outstanding guest experience from start to finish. Salary Range:
$20.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in aesthetics, med spa, wellness, fitness, or customer service preferred. Experience with body contouring technologies is a plus but not required (training provided). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to educate and motivate clients toward achieving their goals. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, perform treatments requiring repetitive hand movements, and assist clients throughout treatments. Responsibilities Perform T-Shape body contouring and facial treatments according to iCRYO protocols. Educate clients on treatment expectations, benefits, aftercare, and recommended treatment plans. Conduct consultations and assess client eligibility for services. Document treatments and client progress accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). Take before-and-after photos while maintaining client confidentiality. Maintain treatment rooms by ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and proper equipment maintenance. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and long-term success. Recommend package upgrades and complementary iCRYO services when appropriate. Assist with scheduling appointments and following up with prospective and existing clients. Participate in marketing events, open houses, and community outreach as needed. Maintain knowledge of current body contouring technologies and wellness trends. Follow all company policies, HIPAA guidelines, and safety procedures.
