We are looking for someone who can make a strong first impression with each patient. The ideal candidate will be mature, professional, and friendly, with 1+ years' experience working as a Medical Assistant (plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa or like practice preferred). The Medical assistant/medical aesthetician will be working directly with the physician in the Jackson Canton Office or during off-site events to assist with injectables, lasers, patient flow, chart and room prep. Patients are wonderful and we currently have a wonderful supportive team. Come join us in this growing aesthetic practice.

Job Duties:

Patient charting Returning patient calls Excel in personalized customer service to increase your clientele through follow up calls, patient care excellence and pleased customer service and treatment experience. Manage patient charts for path & labs, prescriptions, diagnosis, medical records, patient correspondence Preparing rooms for cosmetic treatments and procedures Assist physician with cosmetic treatments, procedures and general visits Documentation, consent, photos, post-care in an EMR at all times Provide cosmetic consultations Other duties as required Experience in aesthetic field preferred.
