In this role, you will be primarily delivering lash services and advanced brow services. Your knowledge in esthetic procedures, combined with excellent customer service skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facial waxing, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and advanced brow services. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic options tailored to their individual needs. Maintain accurate medical records and client information using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while ensuring confidentiality. Follow infection control protocols diligently during all procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure client safety. Promote retail sales of make up and skincare products and aesthetic treatments by effectively communicating benefits and building rapport with clients. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician. Experience in performing esthetic treatments including eyelash extensions, body waxing, and advanced brow services. Knowledge of color theory, anatomy relevant to skin and facial structures, and infection control practices. Familiarity with safety regulations, sanitation standards, and client communication best practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about treatment options and aftercare. Ability to operate booking systems efficiently for managing client records and treatment documentation. Pay for this position is strictly commission and tips. We are seeking someone who will stay on long term and pass an initial 90 day period to ensure good fit.
