Duties Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser procedures with precision and care. Apply permanent makeup techniques such as lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, and microblading to enhance clients' features. Conduct tattooing and tattoo removal procedures following all safety protocols and regulations. Ensure all treatments comply with tattooing and piercing safety regulations, infection control standards, and sanitation practices. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic options tailored to their individual needs. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while safeguarding client confidentiality. Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and aesthetic services to meet clients' goals. Experience Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields. Proven experience performing diverse esthetic treatments including facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments. Skilled in permanent makeup applications such as lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and tattooing. Knowledge of color theory, anatomy related to skin health, infection control procedures, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with medical records management within EMR systems and adherence to health regulations for tattooing and piercing safety. Strong client communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and aftercare. Experience in sales or retail environments that involve recommending skincare products or aesthetic services is preferred.
