This is a role for someone who treats every service as the start of a long-term skin relationship, not a one-time appointment. At The Luxe, aesthetics and medicine work side by side. Our menu spans injectables, advanced skin treatments, laser, body contouring, and wellness, delivered by a collaborative team of providers. You will be the expert guests see most often, the one who builds trust between visits, and a key partner to our providers in creating complete treatment plans.
Position:
Licensed Aesthetician Schedule:
Part Time; Flexible Schedule What You'll Do Deliver signature skin, brow, and lash services Perform customized facials, Glo2 Facials, and Dermaplane facials, tailored to each guest's skin type and goals Perform VI and PRX chemical peels across superficial depths, with proper skin prep, patient selection, and post-care Perform lash lifts and lash tints with precise, natural-looking results Perform brow waxing, brow lamination, and brow tinting, including shaping and mapping to facial structure Follow all clinical protocols, contraindication screening, consent, and sanitation standards on every service Consult and build treatment plans Conduct thorough skin consultations and analysis before every first-time service Recommend multi-visit treatment plans and home care regimens, not single appointments Identify guests who are candidates for advanced services (injectables, laser, RF microneedling, body contouring) and hand them off to the right provider with clear notes Document every service, product, and recommendation accurately in our practice management system Grow your book and the guest relationship Pre-book each guest's next appointment before they leave the treatment room Recommend medical-grade skincare that supports and protects in-office results Introduce memberships and service packages where they genuinely fit the guest's plan Follow up after new and higher-intensity services (peels, first facials) to check results and keep guests on track Contribute to the team and the brand Keep your treatment room spotless, stocked, and ready, and help track backbar and retail inventory Participate in team meetings, trainings, and in-spa events Support content for our social channels (before-and-afters, education) with guest consent Stay current on skincare trends, ingredients, and techniques through ongoing education What You Bring Required Active, unrestricted Ohio Esthetician license in good standing (or eligibility to transfer before start date) Proven, independent proficiency in all five of our core services: Facials (customized, including Dermaplane) Chemical peels Lash lifts and lash tints Brow waxing Brow lamination and brow tinting Strong understanding of skin types, Fitzpatrick scale, contraindications, and pre/post-treatment care Comfort recommending treatment plans, retail, and rebooking as a natural part of care Polished, warm communication and a professional presence that fits a luxury brand Preferred An existing guest following you can bring or rebuild At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a med spa, dermatology, or high-end spa setting Experience with medical-grade skincare lines and building home care regimens Familiarity with advanced modalities (microneedling, RF, laser, hydrafacial-style treatments) and how they pair with esthetic services Experience with Zenoti or a similar booking and practice management system Additional certifications in lash, brow, or advanced peels During the interview process, qualified candidates will complete a hands-on skills demonstration covering a facial or peel and a brow or lash service. How Success Is Measured We set clear expectations and support you in hitting them. Within your first 90 days, you will be measured on: Rebooking rate: percentage of guests who pre-book their next visit before leaving Guest retention: percentage of new guests who return within 90 days Retail attachment: percentage of services paired with a home care recommendation and purchase Schedule utilization: booked hours versus available hours Guest experience: reviews and post-visit feedback
