Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, and laser treatments with precision and care. Conduct aesthetic treatments utilizing advanced tools and technology, ensuring optimal results for each client. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote long-term skin health. Maintain detailed medical records and client histories using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure accurate documentation. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions about procedures such as makeup application or hair threading, and provide exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty. Skills Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, color theory, infection control practices, and sanitation standards essential for safe procedures. Skilled in esthetic treatments including dermabrasion, laser treatments Excellent client communication skills to assess needs accurately and deliver tailored treatment plans with confidence. Familiarity with EMR systems for managing medical records efficiently while maintaining confidentiality. Ability to stay current with industry trends, techniques and new aesthetic technologies. Demonstrated sales ability to promote skincare products or treatment packages that meet client needs while supporting business growth.
