Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, microneedling, and skin treatments using the latest techniques, equipment and products. Ensure all procedures adhere strictly to infection control standards, and sanitation protocols to guarantee client safety. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, provide expert advice on skincare routines, and explain treatment options clearly. Maintain accurate records and client information, while respecting confidentiality and privacy standards. Stay current with industry trends by continuously updating your skills in anatomy knowledge, and new aesthetic treatments. Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic tools to enhance client results and support business growth. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist, with certification in cosmetology or esthetics. Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments such as facials, waxing, and body treatments. Knowledge of safety regulations along with strict adherence to sanitation and infection control practices. Strong client communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options and skincare routines effectively. Ability to perform body waxing, makeup application, and other aesthetic services confidently. A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques.
