About Us 2310 S Marion Rd Unit 160, Sioux Falls, SD 57106 Serenity Esthetics is a growing spa brand with locations across the United States and Canada. We pride ourselves on being professional, innovative, and client-focused, with a commitment to creating a truly elevated and personalized experience for every guest. The hourly rate listed reflects the post-probation pay. All new team members begin with a 90-day probationary period, after which a performance review is conducted. Based on performance and overall contribution, qualifying team members are advanced to the standard pay rate. What We Offer Growth and advancement opportunities A supportive, team-oriented environment A fun, high-energy workplace Paid Sick Leave (PSL) Competitive earnings: average $55-$70 per hour (including tips) Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic services, including customized facials Deliver exceptional client experiences in a welcoming, professional environment Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients through personalized care Qualifications Active esthetician license (required) Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in esthetic treatments Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with Microdermabrasion, HydraFacial, and Dermaplaning preferred Experience with Microneedling and Chemical Peels is a strong plus Full Sunday availability required Who We Are At Serenity Esthetics, we bring a fresh and modern approach to the spa experience.
