We are seeking an experienced, positive and client-focused Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician who loves advanced skin, laser and body treatments and wants room to grow professionally. Established practice, loyal clientele and a menu of advanced technologies. $22-$30/hour based on directly relevant experience, plus commission opportunities and gratuities. Paid hands-on and manufacturer representative training, including opportunities to expand Sciton and advanced-treatment skills. Clinical Experience We Value Sciton experience is a strong advantage, particularly with BBL HERO, MOXI, ForeverClear and Forever Bare LHR but will train the right experienced aesthetic professional on our specific technology and protocols. IPL/BBL or comparable light-based treatments MOXI resurfacing Laser hair removal HydraFacial and chemical peels Microneedling, RF microneedling or other advanced skin treatments CoolSculpting, Cooltone or other body-contouring treatments Primary Responsibilities Perform customized facials, advanced skincare, laser/light and body-contouring treatments within credentials, competency and practice protocols. Conduct thorough consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans and home-care regimens. Educate clients about realistic outcomes, preparation, aftercare and medical-grade skincare. Maintain accurate treatment documentation, required photographs and sanitation standards. Prepare, maintain and reset your own treatment room and treatment supplies. Participate fully in manufacturer, in-house and hands-on training and continuing education. Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service, follow-up and professional communication. Contribute to a positive, respectful and solutions-oriented clinical team. Qualifications Current Texas Aesthetician license and the appropriate Texas laser credential/certification for services performed. Medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery or advanced-aesthetics experience strongly preferred. Meaningful hands-on laser/IPL or other energy-based treatment experience strongly preferred. Strong facial, skincare, consultation and retail/product knowledge. Excellent client communication, bedside manner and customer-service skills. Dependable, coachable, professional and comfortable learning new technology and protocols. Able to work independently in the treatment room while collaborating well with the clinical team. Schedule & Compensation $22-$30/hour based on directly relevant experience, credentials and demonstrated skill level. Additional commission opportunities and gratuities. Full-time or part-time consideration based on experience and availability. Rotating Saturday availability is required. Occasional flexibility to stay later for scheduled client care.
