Gratuity Earning Potential:

What You'll Do Clinical Treatments:

Deliver advanced aesthetic services including Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Hydrafacials, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and Body Contouring using Spa Rhea protocols.

Brand & Content Creation:

Team up with our Social Media Manager to create engaging, on-camera content, highlight treatment results, and share skincare expertise.

Client Relationship Building:

Conduct thorough skin consultations, create customized treatment plans, recommend home-care regimens, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure long-term client loyalty.

Clinic Operations:

Help maintain an immaculate, clinical environment and assist with seamless client check-ins, scheduling, and overall top-tier hospitality when needed. Requirements Active Utah Master Aesthetician License (Required) Utah Laser Certification (Required) Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetic setting Proficiency in Lasers (IPL, Hair Removal), Microneedling, Chemical peels, and Advanced Facial Treatments Comfortable being on camera for social media content creation Outstanding communication skills, high energy, and a team-first mindset
