Compensation and Benefits $20 per hour for appointments Keep 100% of your tips Commission for all add-on and product sales Performance based raises and bonuse Quarterly performance reviews with opportunities for raises Paid training and ongoing education All products and supplies provided Health benefits for eligible employees Retirement plan for eligible employees Employee discounts on products and spa services Annual educational trip to the Las Vegas Be+Well Beauty and Wellness Show Fun, supportive team environment Who We Are Seeking A current Utah Master Esthetician license Someone who genuinely enjoys performing facials and pedicures Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences Confident performing or willing to become proficient in facials, chemical peels, pedicures, waxing, brows, lashes, and other skincare services Comfortable recommending products and educating clients about home care Dependable, professional, and consistent Detail-oriented with high standards for sanitation and cleanliness Positive, team-focused, and open to giving and receiving constructive feedback Available for a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend appointments Motivated to build client relationships, encourage rebooking, and grow a loyal clientele Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in a warm, professional environment Perform customized facials, pedicures, chemical peels, waxing, brow and lash services, and other treatments within your scope of practice Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products Follow all treatment protocols, safety procedures, and state regulations Maintain accurate client notes and treatment records Prepare, sanitize, and reset treatment areas for every appointment Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace Educate clients about products, treatment plans, and recommended service frequency Support client retention through excellent service, rebooking, and personalized follow-up recommendations Participate in required training and continuing education Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, high-performing environment Represent Spa One with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Schedule Spa One's operating hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. We offer set schedules, one weekend shift is required.
