Responsibilities Provide expert consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments aligned with their goals. Manage daily operations at the front desk, ensuring smooth scheduling, guest services, and retail sales. Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to maximize treatment results. Uphold sanitation standards and ensure all equipment and treatment areas meet health regulations. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, upselling retail products, and fostering a positive guest experience. Skills Proven management skills with experience overseeing salon or spa operations. Skilled in advanced skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, microneedle, dermaplane, and custom facials Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively. Experience with social media management for marketing promotions and client engagement.
