About Us Good Rest Med Spa is a growing wellness spa in Payson, Utah, offering advanced esthetic services alongside massage and recovery therapies. We're building a flexible team of skilled estheticians who want autonomy over their schedule while working in a well-run, professional spa environment. About the Role We're looking for a Licensed Esthetician (Master Esthetician preferred) to join our flex/PRN team as an independent contractor. You'll receive booking opportunities through our scheduling system (Boulevard) and choose which appointments to accept — no minimum hours, no fixed shifts. Ideal for an esthetician who wants supplemental income, is building a client base, or wants full control of their own calendar. What You'll Do Provide esthetic services (facials, skin treatments, and — if Master Esthetician licensed — laser or advanced modalities per Utah scope of practice) by appointment Accept or decline booking offers based on your own availability Conduct client consultations and maintain accurate intake/treatment documentation Follow all Utah DOPL licensing, sanitation, and scope-of-practice standards Represent Good Rest Med Spa's standards of care and professionalism with every client Qualifications Active Utah esthetician license in good standing (Master Esthetician license preferred for expanded services) Reliable, professional, and client-focused Comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099) Own liability insurance preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience with advanced treatments (chemical peels, dermaplaning, laser) a plus Compensation & Structure Independent contractor position — pay is per session, [insert rate or % split] Flexible, opt-in scheduling — no set hours required Access to available shifts via Boulevard booking system How to Apply Send your resume and current license verification.
