We are seeking licensed estheticians who are professional, reliable, and passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality services. Responsibilities Perform facial services in accordance with K-ARI protocols and training Provide a professional, welcoming, and consistent experience for every client Educate clients on treatments, skincare routines, and product recommendations Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms Work collaboratively with front desk staff and other estheticians Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards Requirements Active Esthetician License (required) Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Weekend availability required (Fridays and Saturdays) Willingness to follow systems, protocols, and scheduling requirements Schedule Expectations Consistent availability is required Fridays and Saturdays are priority shifts Coverage is required if you are unable to attend a scheduled shift Compensation & Benefits Tips and commission Paid training Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company Work Environment High-volume facial bar Structured systems and clear expectations Supportive, team-oriented culture
