Bliss Beauty Bar Aesthetics is an award-winning luxury skincare studio, proudly named Best Skin Care / Esthetician Practice in Fredericksburg (2024, 2025 & 2026) . We are seeking a licensed, experienced Esthetician with a strong passion for advanced skincare treatments, client education, and long-term skin results . At Bliss, we don't just perform services we build client journeys , track progress, and deliver results both in-studio and at home. Primary Services & Scope This role is skincare-focused .

Services include:

Advanced corrective skincare treatments (primary focus) Light waxing services only (brows, lip, underarms) Job Responsibilities Perform advanced skincare treatments tailored to each client's individual skin concerns and goals Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans to support long-term skin health and visible results Educate clients on at-home skincare routines, post-treatment care, and lifestyle factors that impact results Confidently recommend and upsell retail products and additional services to support continued results between appointments Maintain accurate and detailed client records , including consultations, treatments performed, progress tracking, and product recommendations Monitor client progress over time and adjust treatment plans as needed Perform lash lifts and light waxing services as scheduled Deliver an elevated client experience from consultation through checkout, including rebooking future appointments Maintain a clean, organized, and calming treatment environment in accordance with Bliss standards Actively contribute to social media efforts by capturing and sharing treatment results and service content to support brand visibility, client education, and trust Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continued education opportunities Uphold Bliss Beauty Bar's standards of professionalism, consistency, and client-first care Who We're Looking For You're a great fit if you: Hold an active Virginia Esthetics License (Master Esthetician) Have prior hands-on experience performing advanced skincare treatments Are knowledgeable about skincare ingredients, protocols, and result-driven treatment planning Understand that retail education and service recommendations are essential to client results and retention Are professional, reliable, punctual, and client-focused Are coachable and open to feedback because you want to grow Take pride in maintaining a clean, calm, and elevated work environment Are comfortable and active on social media , and understand the importance of showcasing your work and results Are available to work Wednesdays through Saturdays (Saturdays required — no exceptions) Why Work at Bliss Beauty Bar We don't just say we invest in our team — we actually do.
