Master Esthetician - Experienced / Established Clientele Preferred Dolce Vita Salon & Spa in McLean, VA is looking for an experienced Master Esthetician to join our established salon and spa team. We are seeking a talented, professional, and motivated esthetician who is passionate about skincare and providing an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate has several years of hands-on experience, strong client-retention skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities:

Perform professional facial and advanced skincare services within the scope of a Virginia Master esthetician license Provide thorough consultations and customize treatments based on each client's individual skincare needs Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Educate clients on appropriate home-care routines and recommend professional skincare products Encourage rebooking and continued treatment plans Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and professional treatment room Follow all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements Stay current on skincare techniques, treatments, products, and industry trends Work collaboratively with our salon and spa team to provide an exceptional client experience

Qualifications:

Current Virginia Master Esthetician license Several years of professional aesthetic experience preferred Established clientele strongly preferred Strong consultation and client-retention skills Knowledge of professional skincare products and home-care recommendations Professional, polished, dependable, and personable Strong communication and customer-service skills Motivated to build, retain, and grow a successful clientele Able to work independently while also being part of a team About Dolce Vita Salon & Spa Dolce Vita Salon & Spa is an established, upscale salon and spa in the heart of McLean, Virginia.
