Responsibilities Perform electrolysis hair removal treatments with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and safety throughout each session Provide a variety of aesthetic services including waxing, body waxing, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facials, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, makeup application, nail care, and tinting services Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options such as laser hair removal and esthetic laser treatments, and post-treatment care to optimize results Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to all health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Utilize salon software systems like

for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales processing Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, answer questions clearly, and provide personalized recommendations for aesthetic treatments Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in electrolysis or related esthetic treatments Strong knowledge of skincare products, laser hair removal techniques, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facials, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and other aesthetic procedures Proficiency with salon management software such as VAGARO or similar platforms for scheduling and sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clients Familiarity with sanitation procedures and safety protocols necessary for performing esthetic laser treatments and other skin care services Ability to perform hair threading, waxing services (including body waxing), tinting services, makeup application, nail care, barbering skills are a plus Strong sales skills to promote products and treatment packages confidently while maintaining a positive client experience
