Compensation and Benefits Starting Guaranteed Salary of $25/hour base + retail commission + tips . As your client schedule and treatment revenue grow, service commissions increase total compensation. A consistently busy schedule is expected to generate $40
- 60/hour in total earnings , with additional upside at higher production levels.

Please note we will not extend interview offers to applicants without a valid Master Esthetician license Experience doing facials Strong preference for applicants with experience in energy-based treatments , including lasers, microneedling/RF microneedling, and chemical peels. However, we value a strong willingness to learn, grow, and develop new skills above all. Clinical Responsibilities You will be responsible for performing and assisting with treatments and clinical services as permitted under Washington State law for Master Aestheticians under the supervision of a medical provider: Performing customized facials and advanced skin treatments Administering laser treatments, including hair removal, IPL, Q-switch and more Providing radiofrequency (RF) microneedling and other energy-based skin procedures. Performing chemical peels (including superficial to medium-depth) Educating patients on skincare products and post-treatment care. Understand treatment indications, contraindications, and safety considerations of all treatments to provide safe, effective care for every patient. Maintaining appropriate charting and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and company policy. Ensuring proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and treatment rooms. Complying with all state scope-of-practice guidelines and PI Aesthetics protocols. Participating in training and continuing education as required by PI Aesthetics. Non-Clinical Responsibilities Contribute to the creation of an exceptional patient experience by engaging patients warmly, attentively, and with utmost professionalism. Foster and nurture positive relationships with patients. Occasionally help with administrative duties as needed, including managing the patient intake and flow process, scheduling appointments, check-in, clinical pictures, consent forms, check-out, payment processing, and follow-up communications. Handle inbound communications such as phone calls, text messages, emails, and general inquiries. Support clerical tasks like data entry, filing, and administrative correspondence. Participate in occasional local marketing events and campaigns. Learn the details of our service offerings and educate patients about clinic policies and procedures.
