The Opportunity MKE Aesthetics & Wellness is a physician-led medical spa and hormone wellness practice with locations in Wauwatosa, WI and inside the RecPlex in the Pleasant Prairie area. We're growing our esthetics team and looking for a licensed esthetician who wants to build real relationships with clients, deliver results-driven skincare, and grow alongside a practice that's expanding fast. You'll handle full client consults and provide facials, chemical peels, and microneedling, with physician oversight and support. Device or laser experience isn't required for this role. About the Clinics We're hiring across both of our locations and are flexible on how that's structured — primarily one location with occasional cross-coverage, a consistent split between both, or a schedule built around what works for the right person. Our Wauwatosa clinic is our flagship location; our Pleasant Prairie-area clinic, embedded inside the RecPlex, is a focused, high-touch satellite location serving a community already invested in their health.

Core services include:

Customized facials, including Dermaplaning and Microdermabrasion with Red Light LED Therapy PCA Chemical Peels SkinPen Microneedling Full skincare consultations, including product and treatment plan recommendations Required Qualifications Active Wisconsin esthetician license Comfortable running full client consults independently, including assessing skin concerns and building treatment plans with both services and product Experience with facials, chemical peels (PCA or similar), and microneedling — or strong foundational skills and a genuine willingness to train on our specific protocols Strong client rapport and communication skills — this role is relationship-driven Comfortable working in a growth-stage practice with evolving services and protocols Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a medical spa or physician-supervised setting PCA Peel certification Experience with SkinPen or other microneedling devices Additional modalities such as dermaplaning, waxing, or lash/brow services Who Thrives Here An esthetician who treats client relationships as the foundation of great skincare, not just a series of appointments Someone comfortable owning a full consult from start to finish, including product and treatment recommendations as a natural part of client care A self-starter who's excited by flexibility — in schedule, in location, and in how the role itself is structured Someone who wants to grow their skillset as our service menu expands A team player who fits naturally into a small, close-knit, physician-led practice What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus retail commission Flexible scheduling — part-time to start, with room to grow into full-time as our client base builds Flexibility on structure — we're open to discussing arrangements beyond a standard W2 role for the right fit Physician medical director support and a collaborative team environment Training on our specific protocols, products, and equipment The opportunity to help shape and grow the esthetics side of a fast-growing practice
