We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Branch Services Assistant.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Branch Services Assistant to serve as a resource to our membership regarding account maintenance and deceased accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and works standard reports. Verifies all documents within the imaging system are complete and accurate. Assist with staff or member requests for deceased accounts, IRA's and other account maintenance. Post incoming mail payments timely and accurately. Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available. Clerical experience preferred. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle independently.
