Duties:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of funeral services, including planning, organizing, and directing funeral ceremonies
• Meet with clients to discuss funeral arrangements, including choice of service, casket, and burial or cremation options
• Arrange transportation of the deceased to the funeral home and final resting place
• Assist families in completing necessary paperwork and obtaining required permits
• Coordinate with clergy, cemetery personnel, and other service providers to ensure smooth execution of funeral services

Skills:

• Strong organizational and event planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with grieving families
• Attention to detail in handling legal paperwork and documentation
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (e.g., caskets)
• Sales skills to offer additional products or services

Requirements:
