Join our team as a Preneed Funeral Director , where you will educate and support families in planning ahead for their end-of-life needs. This role combines relationship-building with a mission-driven purpose—helping families find peace of mind through pre-arranged services.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with individuals and families to educate them on pre-need funeral and cemetery options. Conduct in-home or in-office presentations, community seminars, and follow-up appointments. Develop and maintain relationships within the community and with referral partners. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship management. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system. Serve as a caring and professional resource for families during planning conversations.

Qualifications:

2+ years of successful sales experience (insurance, financial services, or funeral/cemetery industry preferred). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Active Life Insurance License Active in good standing Maryland Funeral Director's License Comfortable with in-person and phone-based sales presentations.
