• Provide information on available service options, pricing, and packages
• Assist families in making informed decisions regarding funeral arrangements
• Market and promote Heritage Family's services to the community
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance service offerings
• Collaborate with the sales team to support insurance sales initiatives
• Conduct telemarketing activities to reach out to potential clients
• Utilize skills to cater to diverse customer needs
• Participate in outside sales activities to expand the company's reach

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively
• Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency is desirable for better customer engagement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
