Cardinal Hospitality Management is looking for a detail-driven, dependable Part-Time Overnight Shuttle Driver & Laundry Attendant to join our team at The Winslow in Winslow, Arizona. This dual-role position is responsible for providing safe and courteous transportation for hotel guests while also supporting overnight laundry operations to ensure linens, towels, and other guest service items are clean, organized, and readily available. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-service oriented, and able to work independently during overnight hours.

Essential Skills & Duties:

Guest Relations Provide safe, courteous, and professional transportation for hotel guests Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner while assisting with luggage as needed Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and questions Represent the hotel in a positive manner during all guest interactions Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle and work area Transportation & Safety Safely operate the hotel shuttle in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies Transport guests to and from the airport and other approved destinations Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Monitor fuel levels and report maintenance concerns or safety issues promptly Maintain accurate transportation logs and required documentation Follow all hotel, brand, and safety standards Laundry Operations Operate commercial washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and effectively Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other hotel laundry items Inspect linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear and report concerns as needed Maintain adequate linen inventory and distribute clean linens to designated areas Keep the laundry room clean, organized, and fully stocked Follow all safety procedures related to laundry chemicals and equipment Operations Excellence Support overnight hotel operations as directed by management Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas Assist other departments as needed to support guest service and operational needs Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently during overnight hours The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required Must meet company insurance eligibility requirements Previous shuttle driving, hospitality, laundry, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements:

Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout your shift Lift/move up to 50 pounds without assistance

Work Environment:
