Applicant must be able and flexible to work various 4-5 hour shifts. About us Our goal is to be the best laundromat in Northern Orange County. We are a clean, tidy, and fully staffed laundromat. We do wash-dry-fold loads of laundry for our customers. We offer commissions to our staff on the wash-dry-fold loads. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Laundromat Attendant to join our team who has availability to work various shifts throughout the week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties :

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Do the wash-dry-fold laundry of our customers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Clean the machines, floors and other aspects of the premises
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including all aspects of the store and our machines
• Assist with organizing and restocking inventory
• Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Must be able to be paid by a payroll company (no cash or under the table arrangements)
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Able to speak English
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment This position requires flexibility in being able to work various shifts during the week and weekends.

This position offers $16.90 an hour plus commissions and tips on the drop-off laundry loads.
