Responsibilities Greet customers warmly as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression Process garment drop-offs and pick-ups accurately using garment care machines and pressing equipment Handle cash transactions and process payments with precision, maintaining accurate cash handling records Operate pressing machines and garment finishing tools to ensure high-quality results Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning with appropriate detergents and sanitation practices Assist customers with inquiries about laundry services, dry cleaning, fabric care, and garment maintenance Support manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of laundry loads or garments as needed Ensure adherence to safety protocols when operating garment care machinery and handling cleaning chemicals Skills Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of garment care processes including dry cleaning, laundry, pressing, and fabric maintenance Ability to operate pressing machines, garment finishing equipment, and laundry processing machines effectively Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Familiarity with cleaning detergents and workspace sanitation standards Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform manual handling tasks comfortably Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean workspace and manage multiple customer requests efficiently Join us in delivering outstanding service while honing your skills in garment care, hospitality, and customer engagement.
