Job Summary Glass Casa Vacations | Fort Myers, FL Glass Casa Vacations is looking for a dependable and highly organized Linen Attendant to join our team! Our Fort Myers facility receives professionally laundered linens from an outside laundry plant. This position is responsible for organizing, packing, and coordinating linens for our Sanibel and Captiva vacation rental properties. This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay on top of multiple property needs and arrival schedules. Responsibilities Receive and organize clean linens from the laundry plant Sort and prepare linens according to individual property requirements Pack linen orders for upcoming guest arrivals Coordinate linen quantities and deliveries for Sanibel and Captiva properties Keep accurate track of linen inventory Check orders for accuracy and completeness Identify missing, damaged, or incorrect linens and communicate issues to management Keep the linen facility clean, organized, and efficient Work closely with the housekeeping and operations teams to ensure properties are properly supplied Prioritize and adjust orders as arrival schedules and needs change Organize and prepare soiled linens for transport to the laundry plant for processing. Qualifications Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable and dependable Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities Good communication skills Comfortable working independently Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Able to lift and move linen bags and boxes Previous experience in housekeeping, vacation rentals, hotels, inventory, or similar work is a plus, but not required Reliable transportation to and from our Fort Myers facility Physical Requirements Must be able to regularly lift and carry linen bags and packages weighing up to 40-50 pounds Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the facility for extended periods Must be able to safely load, unload, and organize linen orders Ability to push or pull carts loaded with linens What We Offer Family-owned and operated company Friendly, team-oriented work environment Year-round position Competitive pay based on experience

Pay:
