Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (weekend mornings). Duties Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance with laundry machines and services Operate and monitor commercial laundry equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat, including washing stations, folding areas, and waiting areas Assist customers with coin or card transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Ensure all laundry supplies are stocked and organized for efficient service Enforce safety protocols and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering guidance, and resolving concerns efficiently Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable Familiarity with dry cleaning or laundry services enhances your ability to assist customers effectively Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Experience in cleaning or maintaining public spaces is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting laundry loads Prior cashiering or cash handling experience is beneficial but not required Join us to deliver top-notch laundry services with energy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence!

Pay:

$13.50 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 per week
